Everyone is welcome to join our meditations. At Ananda Thousand Oaks, group meditations are offered throughout the week.

Paramhansa Yogananda highly recommended meditating with others and having at least one longer meditation per week.
Our long meditations are held one Friday per month. These 3-hour meditations are a great opportunity to go deeper in your practice with other meditators to help support each other.
There are chanting breaks so you can come for the whole, or any part of the session. We begin the meditation with Yoganandaji’s Energization Exercises to get the energy flowing.
